OUR STORY

RUMI OF SWEDEN was born from the desire to create something that feels both beautiful and responsible. We saw a gap in the market, where leather products often lean either too trendy or too traditional, without the balance of aesthetics, function, and long term durability that we were looking for ourselves.

It started with a simple idea: to create leather bags and accessories made for everyday life, designed to age with dignity and feel just as relevant year after year. We wanted to work with materials that carry a story, and to do it in a way that shows respect for both craftsmanship and the environment.

Our products are designed in Sweden and made in full grain leather from LWG certified tanneries. Everything is produced in carefully selected, small scale workshops where every stitch, edge, and detail matters. We use semi vegetable tanned leather, a more mindful alternative that combines environmental consideration with everyday functionality.
